Ricky Lee is the Managing Director of Valuation Advisory Services at Kroll HK, where they lead the valuation advisory team and provide technical support to offices in China. Since 1995, Ricky has delivered valuation services for joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and public listings, contributing to several high-profile IPOs such as Alibaba and Baidu. Prior to joining Kroll, Ricky served as Senior Vice President at American Appraisal China, heading the Financial Valuation Practices. They hold an MBA in Finance from HKUST Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hong Kong Baptist University. Ricky is a professional member of ASA, CBV, CFA, and FCCA.
