Robert Milan

Robert Milan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Office Head at Kroll since August 2016, Robert previously held the role of Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg from 2014 to 2016. Further experience includes positions as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Mesirow Financial (2012-2014), and Director of Business Development at Navigant (2009-2012). Robert's legal background includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (2008-2009) and holding various positions at the Cook County State Attorney's Office from 1986 to 2008, ultimately as First Assistant State's Attorney. Additionally, Robert contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Chicago Kent College of Law from 2002 to 2009, specializing in Trial Advocacy I & II. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago.
