Ross Prindle

Ross Prindle is the Managing Director and Global Practice Leader of the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll, where they focus on real estate consulting for institutional owners, pension funds, and private equity firms. With extensive experience in large-scale valuation engagements, Ross has worked with various funds and financial organizations for purposes including tax and financial reporting. They previously held managing director roles at Duff and Phelps, LLC, and Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting, and began their career as an appraiser at Chubb and Appraisal Research Counselors, LTD. Ross earned a bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
