Roya Imani

Roya Imani is a Senior Counsel at Kroll, specializing in corporate restructuring across various industries. Previously, they served as a Corporate Restructuring Associate Attorney at both Herrick, Feinstein LLP and Faegre Drinker. Roya's early career included judicial clerkships at the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology at the University of Southern California, in addition to their ongoing studies in law at New York Law School.
