Rushmila Alam is currently a Senior Director in Economics at Kroll, a position held since 2025. Previously, Rushmila worked as an Economic Consultant at Deloitte UK from 2013 to 2020 and served as an Economist at Access Economics in 2010. Rushmila also held roles at Deloitte Access Economics and EY, where they were the Director of MENA Global Trade from 2023 to 2025. Educationally, Rushmila earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales, complemented by international exchange programs at Georgetown University and the University of Amsterdam, as well as an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
