Ryan Ivey

Ryan Ivey serves as Managing Director and Director of Property Tax at Kroll, a position held since the company's rebranding in January 2022. With over 15 years of expertise in property tax compliance and advisory services, Ryan previously held the role of Director and Vice President of Property Tax at Duff & Phelps from March 2008 until the rebranding. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate Analyst at Rash & Associates, where responsibilities involved the appraisal of various commercial real estate types for property tax purposes. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from East Texas A&M University.
