Sam Wright

Sam Wright is a Managing Director in the global Transaction Advisory Services Practice at Kroll, having transitioned from Duff & Phelps following the company's rebranding in January 2019. With over twenty years of extensive transaction experience, Sam has provided advisory services for strategic and private equity acquirers, as well as potential debtors, across transactions totaling over $100 billion. Prior roles include CBIZ CMF Co-National Practice Leader for Transaction Advisory Services at CBIZ, Director of Transaction Advisory Services at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, and Partner in Transaction Services at BKD. Additionally, experience includes Senior Manager positions at Ernst & Young in both London and New York, and at Arthur Andersen. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
