Steve Hansen is a consultant, technologist, author, and business modeling expert, who began their career as a financial analyst after earning an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Realizing their passion for technology, they pivoted to focus on automation and data analytics, ultimately founding Grid Logic Digital Services to enhance productivity in accounting and finance teams. Over the years, Steve has contributed to the developer community, authored two books on Microsoft Excel and VBA, and received recognition from Microsoft as a Most Valuable Professional from 2008 to 2012. Currently, as a Director at Kroll, they apply technology to tackle challenges faced by corporate finance, accounting, and tax departments.
