Steven Chod

Steven Chod, MAI, is the Managing Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll, where they focus on real property consulting for REITs and institutional investors. With over 18 years of experience in real property valuation and advisory, Steven has a strong background in financial reporting valuations and has consulted on various engagements related to ASC standards. They have held significant roles at Duff & Phelps, where they advanced from Senior Associate to Senior Director, and completed an internship at Conrad Properties Corporation. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business. They maintain State Certified Appraiser status in multiple states, including Colorado and Illinois.
