Wendy Chen

Wendy Chen is a Director at Kroll, where they lead cross-border financial and operational restructuring initiatives across various sectors, advising creditors and investors on value creation. Prior to this, they served as a Director at Infinity Group, managing investments particularly in TMT, and as the Founder & CEO of Waslu.com, where they spearheaded product development and secured initial funding. Wendy also held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, enhancing operational turnarounds in Greater China, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they worked in structured finance. Wendy is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a B.S. in Economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
