Zach Rodheim

Manager of Design and Customer Success

Zach Rodheim serves as the Vice President of Customer Success and Design at Kroll, a position held since November 2017, where responsibilities include product development, marketing, customer retention, onboarding, renewals, and Enterprise support for the Valuation Digital Solutions Team. Prior to Kroll, Zach worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Design Specialist from February 2013 to October 2017, overseeing strategic design for new business pursuits and managing various campaigns. Previous experience also includes roles as a Product Designer at PinMart, Inc., a Post Production Intern at Optimus, and a Senior Graphic Designer at Illini Media. Zach holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has furthered education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
