Yannic Ehrmann is currently the Head of Research and Development at Krombacher Brauerei, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Yannic worked as a Product Developer at Krombacher from 2020 to 2022 and gained experience as a Product Developer for Beverage Raw Materials and Team Leader for Compounds at IPRONA The Fruit Company from 2015 to 2017. Yannic is pursuing a Master of Science in Brewing and Beverage Technology at Technische Universität München.
