Mate Gaspar

Mate Gaspar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles across various industries, including IT, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Hungary at Krones, Mate manages the daily operations of the People Team and leads initiatives in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Previously, Mate held significant HR positions at BT and Stadler, where they excelled in strategic HR direction and transformational change. Mate holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Debrecen.
