Michael Wiebe

Michael Wiebe, MBA, P.Eng., has extensive experience in operations and project management within the engineering and packaging industry. They served as a Partner at Criveller Company from 1995 to 2002, followed by roles at Krones AG where they advanced from Project Manager to COO, overseeing operations across North America, the Caribbean, and Central America. Currently, Michael leads teams of over 700 individuals and is responsible for significant manufacturing expansions, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with industry standards. They earned a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, complementing their technical expertise with an MBA.
