Sven Fischer is an experienced leader in the fields of corporate research, development, and innovation management, with a significant background in aseptic and process technology. At Krones AG from May 2018 to April 2020, Sven served as Head of Corporate Research and Development, having previously held multiple leadership roles at SIG Combibloc from September 2014 to April 2018, including Director Global Research & Development. Prior experience at Krones AG from April 2007 to July 2014 involved responsibilities as Vice President Aseptic, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of aseptic systems and the development of processing equipment for microbiologically sensitive products. Sven holds two Engineer’s Degrees from Technische Universität München in Brewing Science and Beverage Technology, as well as bubble formation of dissolved gases in liquids.
