Austin is currently a Jira Admin at Kronologic. Prior to that, they were a Consultant/Sr. Consultant - Professional Services at VMware from April 2014 to March 2018. There, they were responsible for building custom IT cost models & financial reporting software for executivefacing at enterprises & governments w/ large data centers. Projects they worked on include Berkshire Hathaway Energy, CNN/Turner Broadcasting, DTCC, IBM Health, United Health Group, & Lowe’s Hardware. University of Indiana, University of North Texas, Ada County, & State of Idaho. They also created & productized enablement portal & certification - high attendance & positive feedback. Furthermore, they managed the entire project lifecycle including pre-sales, scoping, training, kickoff, onsites, configuration, PCRs, UAT, knowledge share, documentation, ongoing maintenance, customer product feedback, & project expansion. Lastly, they served as a technical communicator and coordinated data center admin across technologies (vCenter, Netapp, Cisco, etc), finance staff, and financials (GL , Chart of Accounts, P&L), to produce products for executive leadership.

Austin's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin in Business, Government, & Biology. Austin also has a Nuclear Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and is certified by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a Nuclear Reactor Operator. Additionally, they have a Student Pilots Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA.
