Sandy Wang

Sandy Wang is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee lifecycle management, policy establishment, and recruitment. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Kronos Research since April 2020, responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing processes such as onboarding and performance evaluation. Prior to this role, Sandy worked at VADER Entertainment as HR Manager, where duties involved developing HR policies, importing systems, and conducting recruitment. Earlier experience as HR Supervisor at Foxconn included collaborating with functional heads to define headcount qualifications and successfully growing the organization from 46 to 300 employees within three years for the BMW smart key project. Sandy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
