Bindi Balazs is the founder of The Aluna Foundry, where they specialize in product and systems strategy for organizations focused on meaningful innovation. With over five years of experience, Bindi has led multiple high-stakes projects, including the first fully digital results system for the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 and the development of Eventum®, an award-winning event management platform. Bindi's current focus involves creating The Aluna Cycle™, an 8-phase transformation methodology, while continuing to guide complex delivery projects that require integration and coordination. Bindi has also held various roles across the events and entertainment sectors, building a diverse skill set supported by an advanced diploma in performing arts and a diploma in events.
