Albert Berisha

Albert Berisha has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Albert most recently worked at Kroo Bank, starting in November 2021 as an IT Manager and later transitioning to the position of Head of Information Technology in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova for several years. From 2018 to 2020, they held the roles of IT Risk Management FLoD and Information Technology Risk Manager SLoD, where they were responsible for managing IT risks, developing risk management policies, and facilitating audits. Additionally, from 2011 to 2018, Albert worked as a Temenos T24 Business Analyst at Raiffeisen, where they focused on gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable activities for development teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a CRM Developer/Analyst at Syscap.
