Jack Carry

Jack Carry has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 when they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Apple, providing support to customers and promoting Apple products. Jack then moved on to Monzo Bank in 2019, where they held various roles including Customer Operations Specialist, Senior Calls Advisor, and Financial Crime Operations Specialist. In these roles, they assisted customers, coached colleagues, and managed financial crime investigations. Jack then joined thinkmoney in 2021 as a Fraud Investigation Specialist. Currently, they are working at Kroo Bank as a Financial Crime Analyst, where they investigate suspicious activity, manages AML/CTF and fraud investigations, and identifies financial crime trends through data analysis.

Jack Carry attended Hazel Grove High School from 2007 to 2012. Following their graduation from high school, they went on to study at Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form College, where they pursued a BTEC in Creative Media from 2012 to 2014. After successfully completing their BTEC, Jack pursued higher education at The University of Salford from 2014 to 2017, focusing their studies on Computer and Video Games. Jack obtained a Bachelor's degree in this field.
