Nicholas Stevens

Nicholas Stevens has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Nicholas currently holds the position of Head of Lending at Kroo since June 2022. Prior to this, Nicholas was a Co-Founder at Punk Money from June 2020 to May 2022.

Nicholas also gained extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Portfolio Manager - Vice President from July 2014 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for credit portfolio management, trading in CDS, and developing structured and portfolio hedges. Their responsibilities also included fundamental credit analysis, financial modeling, industry reviews, and credit policy.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Nicholas worked at Moody's Investors Service as a Lead Analyst in Project Finance and Utilities from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they were involved in corporate treasury at Network Rail in 2008 and worked as a Financial Modeller Consultant at Numeritas from 2006 to 2008.

Nicholas Stevens has a diverse education history. Nicholas obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Economics from Curtin University between the years 2002 and 2005. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Finance from the London Business School from 2009 to 2011. In 2019, Nicholas obtained a certification from the Y Combinator Startup School. Lastly, in 2020, they completed a course on Machine Learning (Andrew Ng) through Stanford University's Coursera program.
