Peter Byrne has several years of work experience in various engineering roles. Peter started their career as an IT Helpdesk Assistant at J.T. Magen & Company Inc. in 2017, where they performed tasks such as tailoring the Sage ERP user interface, upgrading and repairing computer hardware, and providing on-call tech assistance. In 2019, Peter joined Automation Consultants as a Support Engineer, where they worked with leading companies across the UK, delivering automation solutions, software development, and performance testing procedures. Peter'sresponsibilities included handling complex client requirements, conducting projects and development internally, and providing best practice consultancy. In 2021, they joined Dunelm as a Site Ops Engineer, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Peter is working at Kroo Bank as a Service Operations Engineer, starting in 2023.
Peter Byrne completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at Trinity College Dublin, where they earned a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies. Following their formal education, Peter obtained certifications including ACP-600 Jira Project Administrator, Atlassian Technical Sales Professional, ACP-100 Jira Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
