Zain Rawji

Zain Rawji has a diverse work experience in the financial industry and as a co-founder. From July 2019 to June 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Kroo Bank. Zain then transitioned to a role as a Financial Crime Analyst from June 2020 to September 2022. In August 2022, Zain became an Associate Product Manager until February 2023. Currently, at Kroo Bank, they hold the role of Vulnerable Customer Champion from March 2023 onwards. Additionally, Zain co-founded Swock Ltd in April 2021 and remained in that position until September 2022.

Zain Rawji completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Event Management at the University of Hertfordshire from 2016 to 2019. Zain then pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing at the same university from 2019 to 2020, specializing in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations.
