Steven Bax

Steven Bax is an accomplished engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as an Engineer Ontwerp & Techniek at Kropman since March 2023, Steven continues to grow professionally as a Trainee Energietransitie at Talent voor Transitie, engaging in multiple projects focused on energy transition. Previous positions include Technologist in the Team Techniek Warmte at Vattenfall and Consultant in Warmte Koude Procestechniek at Qirion. An early career involved research and development at Alius, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of PVT panels and heat pumps. Steven has also contributed to extracurricular activities, holding several leadership roles in a.s.v. SSRE and managing a technical project at Arenared B.V.
