Jo Jephcott has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Starting as a creative intern at Cogent Elliott in 2010, they then worked as a junior creative at Plain English Communications Limited in 2011. In the same year, they also joined TBWA as a creative. From 2014 to 2016, Jo worked as a creative at Kitcatt Nohr. Their most recent positions include being a creative at krow from 2017 to 2019, where they eventually became an associate creative director and later a creative director.
Jo Jephcott attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2006 to 2009, where they completed a BA (hons) first class degree in Creative Advertising.
