Jonathan Lessard

Jonathan Lessard is an experienced professional in the field of maintenance and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Kruger Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent a decade at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where responsibilities included leading operations at the automated distribution center of the Longueuil facility and managing a team of 4 production coordinators and 115 unionized employees. Jonathan's earlier career includes technical supervisory and maintenance consulting roles at The Kraft Heinz Company and Promaintech Novaxa, as well as an engineering internship at Molson Coors Canada. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de Technologie Supérieure and a DEC in Aéronautical Construction Techniques from École Nationale d'Aérotechnique.
