Mark Burt, P.Eng, currently serves as Pulp Mill Manager and previously held the position of Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Kruger Inc. since December 2018. Prior experience includes various roles at Rio Tinto from July 2010 to December 2018, ranging from Operations & Maintenance Manager to Reliability Engineer, with responsibilities as Project Manager for capital projects in mining operations valued between $1M and $50M. Mark’s earlier experience includes co-op internships at Suncor Energy and Petro Canada, where contributions involved developing well control guidelines and preparing exploration wells. Mark holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University (2012) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Memorial University (2010).
