Mark Cross

Mark Cross is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance, executive coaching, and board advisory roles. Currently, as Area President for FocusCFO in Virginia, they lead a network of fractional CFOs, helping businesses generate $2 to $40 million in revenue overcome growth challenges. In addition to their role at FocusCFO, Mark serves as a Board Member and Compensation and Organizational Development Committee Chair at Dawn Foods, and has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Kimberly-Clark and JohnsonDiversey. Mark has also contributed to academia as an Executive in Residence at the University of Richmond, mentoring the next generation of business leaders. They hold an MBA from Harvard Business School.
