Bob Durbin

Bob Durbin is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Senior Regional Engineering Manager at Continental Mills since October 1998. In this role, Bob has been responsible for staffing and overseeing the start-up of 2nd and 3rd shift operations in a greenfield manufacturing facility. Previously, Bob held positions at Continental Mills as both Engineering Manager and Production Manager, where the focus included managing the construction of a greenfield processing and packaging facility. Prior experience includes the roles of Engineering Manager and Senior Corporate Project Engineer at Sara Lee - Bakery, as well as Senior Project Engineer at Kraft Foods. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
