Chitara Pryor has achieved significant success as a Food Safety and Regulatory manager, conducting daily operations while ensuring compliance with FDA, BRC, and HACCP requirements. They have earned exceptional grades for consumer and government audits, reflecting their dedication to quality. Currently serving as a Sr. Corporate Quality Assurance at The Krusteaz Company, Chitara previously held roles as Quality FS Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA and Compliance Auditor for the Department of Homeland Security. They also served as Director of Operations at Trappers Creek, Inc. Chitara is certified in HACCP, PCQI, and BRC internal audits and is currently pursuing education at Bevill State Community College.
