Kurt Zimmer

Kurt Zimmer serves as the Plant Manager at Continental Mills since March 2016, overseeing operations at a facility producing Kretschmer brand wheat germ and Wild Roots trail mix. Prior to this role, Kurt held various management positions at General Mills from February 2006 to March 2016, including Plant Manager for the Annie's Natural and Organic baking plant, Manufacturing Excellence Manager, and Operations Manager at a major flour milling complex. Kurt's early career included a production supervisor position at Cargill from May 2001 to February 2006, where foundational technical skills were developed. Kurt holds a degree in Milling Science, Operations from Kansas State University, completed in 2001.
