Douglas Hunter

Douglas Hunter has over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. From 2020 to present, they have been the Director and Business Development Advisor for Krux Analytics Inc. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Director for Prostar Energy from 2015-2020. From 2012-2015, they were the President and CEO of Rangeland Drilling Automation Inc. and from 2008-2012, they were the President of D. A. Hunter Consulting Ltd. Douglas was also the V.P. Operations for Canada at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. from 2006-2008.

Douglas Hunter attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Technology Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Douglas then attended the University of Calgary from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
