Richard Rydell

Richard Rydell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Solidicon since November 2022, Rydell leads the organization in executing its overall strategy. Rydell co-founded Kryptos in January 2019, guiding the development of a cryptocurrency management platform. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Cloud & IoT at ALTEN Sweden, where Rydell oversaw in-house operations and product development, and Managing Director at ALTEN Denmark, where Rydell established the first office in Copenhagen. Rydell has also contributed to organizations like Zeptagram and Unbiased as a board member and has held engineering and sales roles at B&R Industrial Automation and Volvo Group. Rydell holds an MBA from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Karlstad University, supplemented by a management mentorship program.
