Armando Ferraz Santos has worked in a variety of roles in the commercial and software development industries since 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Founder of Target Digital Soluções, where they developed App Store Optimization (ASO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and e-commerce solutions. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Marketing Digital professional for Grupo TBA. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Gerente de Novos Negócios for Semp Toshiba, where they managed direct sales and e-commerce projects. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Executivo de Contas for DINAMO Networks. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Executivo Comercial for NDD - Desenvolvimento de Software. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Gerente Comercial for Five Acts, where they helped companies make data-driven decisions and modernize their data warehouse, data quality, and data integration solutions. Currently, they are the Manager of Sales & Partners na KRYPTUS EED S.A., where they assist companies in improving their data security with optimized costs, as well as ensuring all norms and compliance through certified equipment and processes. Armando is also the head of the Instant Payment System (PIX) project and strategic partnerships for payments.

Armando Ferraz Santos completed their elementary school education at Colégio União Brasileira from 1986 to 1994. Armando then went on to receive their Bacharel in Analista de Sistemas from Universidade Ibirapuera from 1998 to 2001. Afterward, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Instituto Nacional de Pós Graduação from 2005 to 2009. Most recently, they obtained their Bacharelado em Direito from Universidade Brasil from 2019 to 2023. In addition, Armando Ferraz Santos also holds a Partner Sales Accreditation from Tableau Software, which they obtained in June 2019.
