Carolina Bernardo has been working in the field of sales and customer service since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as an Analista de Atendimento at Hunter Douglas do Brasil, where they were responsible for order tracking, customer service, and technical support. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Analista Administrativo de Vendas at Cafemaq, where they were responsible for sales of national and imported parts, technical support, and customer service. Currently, they are working as Sales Cybersecurity at KRYPTUS EED S.A., where their responsibilities include sales of SAT Fiscal equipment, support for the collection and shipping departments, and prospecting for new customers.
