Dilno Lopes

Dilno Lopes has worked in the telecommunications and information security industries for over 40 years. Dilno began their career in 1978 as an Installation Engineer at NEC DO BRASIL S.A. Dilno then moved to ELEBRA S.A. in 1982 as a System Engineer. In 1985, they joined CPqD Telecom & IT Solutions as a Senior System Engineer. In 1998, they joined Fundacao CPqD in the same role. In 1999, they became the Sales and Marketing Director at OMS Telecom. From 2003 to 2010, they held various positions at PRESIDÊNCIA DA REPÚBLICA DO BRASIL, including Diretor de Telecomunicações and Coordenador-Geral de Sistemas de Telecomunicações. In 2010, they became the Special Projects Manager at TESB. In 2011, they became the Technical Advisor - Board at Leucotron Telecom and Owner at SECTEL Consulting. Finally, in 2014, they became the Corporate Market Manager at Kryptus Soluções em Segurança da Informação.

Dilno Lopes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICACOES - INATEL between 1973 and 1978. Dilno also has attended Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel and unicamp, but no additional certifications have been obtained.
