Åse Snåre is currently serving as the Assistant Director General at the City Council Oslo and the Department Director at KS Kommunesektorens organisasjon. They were previously a special advisor at Oslo kommune from 1993 to 2002 and worked as a Nursing Home Administrator at Oslo kommune, Bydel Østensjø from 1990 to 1993. Åse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Aker sykepleierhøgskole and completed a Master's degree in Health Administration at Universitetet i Oslo. They are also pursuing further education in Business Economics and Aging and Elderly Care.
