Jon Qvortrup

Jon Qvortrup is a Special Adviser at KS Kommunesektorens organisasjon, a position held since 2020. They also serve as a Board Member for the Norwegian Research School on Digitalization, Culture and Society, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Jon worked as a Senior Research Adviser in Arbeid og inkludering at NHO Service from 2009 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government at the University of Essex, alongside various degrees from the University of Oslo, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Lyon, and Leiden University.
