Torill Neset

Torill Neset currently serves as the head of community safety and preparedness at KS and Samfunnsbedriftene Brann og redning, a role they began in January 2023. In addition, they have taken on a position as "supersenior" at Oxford Research in Kristiansand starting in January 2024. With extensive experience in crisis management, community safety, and organizational development, Torill has held various leadership roles, including as the municipal director for Gjerstad kommune from 2015 to 2022. Their broad expertise encompasses project management, crisis communication, and training, contributing to their reputation as a knowledgeable consultant and advisor.
