Michelle Stevens

Michelle Stevens has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Michelle most recently worked at KS2 Technologies as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for attracting and selecting qualified IT candidates, building a candidate pipeline, updating job openings, qualifying and interviewing candidates, and managing employee engagement. Prior to KS2 Technologies, Michelle worked at Bayforce as the Director of Delivery - Strategic Accounts. Michelle also worked at Business Centric Technology as a Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals. Michelle's earliest work experience was at iT Services 2, where they served as the SAP Development Manager and iT2 Recruiting Specialist.

Michelle Stevens completed high school at Edna High School from 1988 to 1992, earning a diploma. Subsequently, they attended Texas State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
