Leon Sokic is a dedicated and innovative Head Chef at KSG, bringing over 20 years of culinary experience to the table. Specializing in modern fusion cuisine, Leon has previously held roles such as Chef de Partie at Rustic Stone by Dylan McGrath and The Mercantile Entertainment Group, as well as Sous Chef at Spaghetteria and Pizzeria Roko. Leon's leadership skills were further showcased during time as a Culinary Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland and as Head Chef with The Chawke Group. Currently, Leon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at UCD Professional Academy while also working towards an NFQ Level 6 award in Hospitality.
