- From July 2016 to the present, Ména Dogan has served as the CEO & Co-founder of kShuttle, a company that provides an adaptive operational efficiency and risk platform used for various applications such as EPM, BI, and GRC. The company focuses on helping organizations achieve operational excellence.

- From October 2015 to October 2020, Ména Dogan was the CEO of KONVERGENCE BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGIES.

- Ména Dogan was the owner of Nell Armonia from June 2007 to July 2016. During this time, Ména also held the role of Chief Executive Officer and EPM/BI Application Expert, starting in April 2007 and ending in July 2016. Nell Armonia is a company that specializes in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) applications.

From 1997 to 1999, Ména Dogan attended ENSEA where they obtained a degree in Ingénieur with a specialization in Génie Logiciel.
