Umang Soni

Umang Soni is the current CFO at Ksolves India Pvt. Prior to this, they were the Senior Finance Manager at Ksolves India Limited from January 2021 to February 2021. Before that, they were an Audit Executive at V.K. Ladha & Associates from August 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they led a team in conducting audits of various corporate entities, including listed entities, SEZs, and EOUs. Umang also handled statutory company audits and tax audits of manufacturing/trading sector companies, service sector companies, and real estate clients. Additionally, they were responsible for compliance with the requirements of schedule VI of the Companies Act, 2013 and drafting audit reports in accordance with the new reporting requirements of Companies Audit Report Order, 2016 (CARO).

Umang Soni is a Chartered Accountant who specializes in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Umang received their BCom from Devi Ahilya Arts & Commece College, Indore and their Class XII from The Emerald Heights International School, Indore. Umang also has a certification from the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in Certificate of Merit and another certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Chartered Accountant.
