Jay Jeong has extensive experience in service planning and user experience design, currently serving as a PM for an AI Robot Platform at KT since July 2012. Responsibilities include managing projects for platform upgrades, analyzing user needs, and improving usability. Jeong has successfully led initiatives for voice management features, installation process optimization, and integration of facial recognition systems. Prior to KT, Jay held graphic design positions at J.Crew and Imagination, contributing to catalog and promotional designs, as well as serving as Art Director at Primacy. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.
