Jongkuk Lim

Jongkuk Lim is an accomplished AI Engineer currently employed at KT since May 2025, with a rich background in research and development. Previously, Jongkuk served as Research Director at J.MARPLE from September 2020 to October 2024, leading initiatives in lightweight deep learning models and rapid technology adaptation. Prior experience includes a position as Data Scientist at Neofect from October 2014 to December 2016, where expertise was applied in building the ELK stack and developing an Elasticsearch Python API for handling data growth, alongside research on activity recognition using wearable sensors. Jongkuk holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from 단국대학교, completed between January 2012 and December 2020.
