Previously, Johan held various roles in quality control and assurance across multiple organizations, including their position as Head of Quality at The Greenery, where they specialized in organic products. Their extensive experience in quality oversight spans several years, beginning as a vacation worker in 1982 at The Greenery and culminating in leadership roles responsible for product quality and compliance. Johan also served as a QC Manager at Nature's Pride and worked as a quality control specialist for various companies, solidifying their strong background in the field.
