Deepali Sawnt serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KTech Products since September 2024, bringing extensive HR expertise from previous roles including Group Head HR at Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems and General Manager HR at Nayara Energy. Deepali's career encompasses a focus on succession planning, rewards, and talent management, complemented by experience as an Executive Coach and HR Consultant with the International Coaching Federation. Prior to these positions, Deepali was General Manager - HR at Tech Mahindra Business Services, where responsibilities included aligning HR initiatives with business strategy to enhance employee engagement and retention. Educational qualifications include a P.G.D.B.M in Human Resources Development from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management and an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
