KTL Marine Services LLC provides a wide range of Inspection, certification and technical services of crane wire ropes, Heavy Lift Slings (Steel & Synthetic), Shackles and High performance Synthetic (HMPE) mooring lines and slings to offshore construction & installation, Oil, Gas and marine industries in accordance with API, ASME, BSEN, DNVGL, IMCA, LOLER and other international standards and guidance. 

Our inspectors are well trained, qualified and certified by various International bodies such as LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association – UK), ANST, AWS etc and have hands on experience in their relative field of competency.
Our team has received extensive training from various manufacturers of HMPE ropes for retrofitting vessels from steel wire to HMPE (High Modulus Poly Ethylene) mooring lines and inspection of High performance synthetic Heavy Lift Slings.

Using qualified rigging inspectors with additional BOSEIT and HUET qualifications, KTL Marine Services is able to provide on-board inspection and certification services, including: • Visual inspection • NDT • Proof load testing of all lifting points on the vessel • Socketing
