Jon Stout

Jon Stout is an accomplished filmmaker, director, creative producer, and educator with extensive experience in media production. At EA Media since October 2001, Jon has directed, written, and produced films and corporate videos, notably serving as a narrative producer for Quentin Tarantino's mini-documentaries. As a producer, writer, and editor at KTLA since October 2019, Jon has developed engaging segments covering diverse subjects. Additionally, Jon teaches media arts courses as an adjunct professor at Los Angeles Valley College. A researcher and author for Top 100 Science Fiction Movies, Jon provides insightful reviews on classic films. Previous roles include creative lead at Imagistic, creative producer at The American Society of Cinematographers, and an assistant at The Walt Disney Company. Jon holds an MFA in Film Production from UCLA and a BA in Modern Communications & Media from the University of California, Berkeley.
