Jitendra Parmar has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of recruitment. Jitendra began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Focus Infoline Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 and later became an Inbound Customer Service Representative. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead, where they led a team for a year. In 2017, Jitendra joined KTRIAN as a Technical Recruiter and worked in this role for two years before being promoted to the position of Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, client submissions, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Most recently, Jitendra has been serving as the Lead Recruiter at KTRIAN since June 2021. In this role, they have successfully handled multiple clients, supported a team of eight members, and developed a comprehensive recruiting strategy for long-term growth.
Jitendra Parmar completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2022.
